The Chittagong Development Authority (CDA) is implementing Tk 14.96 billion Coastal Road Construction and Embankment Strengthening Project, also known as Chittagong Outer Ring Road Project.
Spectra EL-KNR JV has been working to implement the project under a deal signed in Dhaka on March 19, 2015. Completion is expected in 2018.
SINOTRUK dump trucks are heavily relied on for transportation of aggregates in this project.
