Payra Power Plant Project is a proposed 1,320 MW coal-fired power station by Bangladesh China Power Company Limited (BCPCL).
The awarded contractor for the following tasks of the project is National Development Engineers (NDE) Ltd.

– Construction of Access road from jetty to the project
– construction of Temporary jetty road for EPC
